Costs Draftsperson, Lancashire - High regarded Lancashire law firm requires Costs Draftsperson to join thriving team

JOB TITLE: Costs Draftsperson

PQE REQUIRED: At least 2 years

LOCATION: Lancashire (Commutable from: Bolton, Leigh, Manchester, St Helens, Warrington, Wigan)

SALARY: Negotiable depending on experience


The appointed Costs Draftsperson will join a busy team, handling for for internal departments as well as external clients. The Costs Draftsperson will work closely with the fee earners in the Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Litigation teams, preparing claims for payment to clients. You will work on files from start to finish, responsible for preparing costs schedules for negotiation, bills, schedules for summary assessment and allocation; through to ensuring swift payment and satisfactory closure of the file.


The successful Costs Draftsperson will have at least 2 years experience working as a Costs Draftsperson, either in a specialist organisation or another law firm, and have a thorough understanding of costs relating to Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence matters.
