We have been instructed by our client, a Global Investment Management firm, to find a senior lawyer to join their London disputes team.

The successful candidate will be providing legal support on a full range of litigation matters including regulatory investigations and enforcement, commercial litigation, mediation and arbitration, tax litigation, client negotiations and settlements and class actions as well as advising on other liabilities and contentious matters. They will have conduct of their own litigation and contentious regulatory matters and work closely with other teams within the business both in London and EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have strong academics and extensive relevant litigation or contentious regulatory investigations experience. The candidate will have a minimum of 7 years PQE* gained specifically in financial services or ideally asset management at a leading private practice firm or in-house financial organisation.
