The litigation department are working at full capacity and they are looking for the successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor to work closely with the head of department on range of litigation related matters. The role of Commercial Litigation Solicitor will include dealing with mediation, arbitration and litigation as well as assist with the development of the team's and firms profile within the local market.

Ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitors will either be newly qualified who has completed a seat within Commercial Litigation and be looking for an opportunity which allows you the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in commercial litigation. However experienced Commercial Litigators will be considered for this role. Boasting strong academics you will possess the desire and passion to enhance your knowledge in all aspects of commercial litigation, including advising in relation to litigation claims generally; drafting/preparing pleadings/orders including consent orders/Tomlin orders; providing litigation support to clients and negotiation and mediation.
