Professional Indemnity Lawyer - In-house

Outstanding opportunities have arisen with a global professional services firm, who is seeking to hire two experienced litigators capable of managing complex professional indemnity caseloads.  The two positions have arisen due to an increase in activity within the firm generally, the firm is keen to support the legal division further.

The roles sit within a larger legal team that focus on managing the internal management of legal risk and contract negotiations with clients.  There is a strong sense of collaboration across the team, but you will have a large degree of autonomy in your individual role, with significant access to key stakeholders in the business.  Whilst the primary support these roles provide is in protecting the firms’ professional standing, you will also be involved in managing more commercial disputes and regulatory matters.

The legal team is made up of a number of talented individuals and they are keen to attract high-calibre lawyers with strong academics from top-tier firms.  These positions will suit candidates either seeking their first in-house role, or moving from another professional services or insurance firm seeking a move for progression.  There is flexibility as regards the seniority of the candidates the firm takes on but, given the level of autonomy required, is likely to suit candidates with 4-10+ PQE, though candidates with relevant experience at any level are encouraged to apply.
