Our client is a leading private client firm with high rankings in most of the main directories. The firm is relatively full service with practice areas to include corporate/commercial, dispute resolution, commercial property and private client. Historically the firm has built up rated private client practice acting on behalf of landed estates, agricultural landowners and high net worth individuals with business and property interests.  The firms commercial property department is well established and advises a wide range of clients from large developers, HNW/UHNW individuals, landed estates and charities on a range of property transactions including commercial lettings, developments and freehold acquisitions and disposals. The need has arisen for a senior associate seeking partnership or existing partner to join their London office. The commercial property department works closely with the Charities department that is highly rated handling work to include advising charities on project management agreements and grants provided to charities for various development projects. Candidates will be at senior associate level and seeking to have immediate partnership, or existing partners seeking to move laterally.  Excellent opportunity to join a firm with a rated management team with collegiate working environment and excellent prospects for progression.
