Commercial property senior associate sought by top tier practice focused on luxury retail brands.

This opportunity will be the perfect role for a senior associate who wishes to concentrate on a specific sector, and would find the prospect of focusing wholly on high end retailers of particular appeal.

The firm acts for some of the world's most prestigious names in the retail market, including high-class fashion and perfume brands.

Alongside colleagues who undertake commercial contracts work for these clients, and working closely with a senior equity partner, the successful candidate will take a lead role as key contact for these retailers on a day-to-day basis.

Suitable candidates for this role will have at least 4 years of post-qualified experience in commercial real estate, and potentially several years more. Your experience must include sufficient tenant-side experience, and retail industry exposure in particular, for you to be comfortable transitioning into a role focused purely on tenant side retail clients.

You will have experience advising on complex leases, and you will be accustomed to dealing with sophisticated and demanding clients. It is important you are accustomed to working with a high degree of autonomy, and you should be keen to particulate regularly in business development activities.

Given the international nature of the clients, fluency in languages such as French, Italian or German would be very welcome.
