Vacancy Overview

Working within our highly respected national Trade Union Law Group, you will be a member of the team handling large scale, high profile TULG High Court and Employment Tribunal claims, including industrial action injunction injunctions. Other current and recent types of claims include blacklisting in the construction industry, judicial review and trade union related human rights. Many of our cases are reported in law reports and/or national media. You will be required to interview witnesses, prepare pro forma pleadings in multi Claimant claims, gather, assess and prepare documents for disclosure, prepare witness statements / evidence and attend High Court to lodge documents. You will gain invaluable experience of high profile High Court litigation as a member of our highly respected TULG.  We are looking for an individual who is able to bring exceptional attention to detail and has proven ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience or knowledge of trade union law is not essential for this role.
