A global financial services institution is seeking a senior lawyer with leveraged and acquisition finance experience for a key role within their global commercial banking business. This time covers a multitude of areas  so you will gain access to a number of stakeholders as well as a number of different business lines. 

Your key responsibilities will be to provide advice and support on commercial banking transactions and projects with a specific focus on large corporate and cross-border lending matters. This will include matters that may be unusual or complex. You will advise the business on any legal developments and the implications on the organisation and their work. Further to this you will manage the approach to legal risk and ensure that the organisation are adequately protected. 

As a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE you will have proven leveraged and acquisition finance experience and you will have had training from a good law firm however you can come straight from private practice or another financial services institution. As you will be dealing with a number of stakeholders across the business excellent communication skills are essential. This is a rare opportunity and will come with a competitive package and a highly reputable name on the CV.
