Now rapidly expanding its property team based in its office in the prominent city of Cambridge, our firm is hiring a Commercial Property Junior Associate.

This is an opportune time to join a leading national firm’s fast-paced and high-performing team of property lawyers as a Junior Commercial Property Associate. The right Associate will use their strong experience in commercial property to manage their own caseload and work on rewarding files involving freehold and leasehold transactions and landlord and tenant matters. To be considered for this role:
You will be a qualified Solicitor with around 5 years’ PQE gained within a reputable commercial property department;
Your training background and progression will be excellent;
You will be experienced in a range of freehold and leasehold transactions;
You will be adept in landlord and tenant work;
You will have a strong track record of academic success;
You will thrive in a busy work environment.
