The Firm
Our client is a full service firm with an international client base and a network of offices. They pride themselves in advising a wide clientele providing service tailored to suit individual client’s needs. With numerous departments commended in the Legal 500 and Lexcel accreditation, they cater for both individuals and businesses in Leicester and the surrounding counties. They are now seeking a Dispute Resolution Associate to join a growing team. In return, the firm offers generous holidays, contributory pension’s scheme, private healthcare and car parking.

The Role
A new opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Associate has arisen in the Leicester area. Joining a well-regarded practice, the successful Solicitor will be proficient in delivering excellent client care to a diverse clientele. Your duties will include: shareholder and partnership disputes; debt litigation; insolvency and bankruptcy; contract disputes, construction and; civil fraud cases. This is ideally suited to a qualified Solicitor with up to 2 years PQE. Previous experience in negotiations will be highly advantageous. This is a full time, permanent position.

The Candidate
Are you a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE with background in Commercial Litigation work?
Ideally client focused handling a diverse caseload under minimum supervisions;
Advantageous with Negotiation expertise;
Participate in the business development of the firm;
Desirably a team player.
