Our client's understanding of construction law is based on long-standing relationships with contractors, design and construction professionals, developers, project funders, manufacturers and suppliers of construction products and technologies.
You will advise upon matters in the construction industry covering: -
- related businesses and organisations on procurement of consultant services and works;
- a wide range of commercial, residential and infrastructure projects;
- renewable energy installations;
- representation in dispute resolution.
You must have a proven track record in advising on: -
- contentious and non-contentious construction matters;
- construction contracts;
- commercial agreements;
- development agreements;
- all forms of dispute resolution.
To be considered for this role you should have at least 4 years PQE with extensive construction experience and excellent academics gained from a top national or regional firm.
You will be able to use your initiative, and be a forward-planner, anticipating your clients' needs in advance wherever possible.
The ability to work as part of a friendly team and deliver excellent client service at all times is also essential to this role.
