We are currently recruiting for a Solicitor with good experience of working on all types of property litigation and advisory matters, including commercial landlord and tenant, real property, development issues (including overage and third party rights), insolvency and enforcement and high end residential, to work within a Property Litigation team which delivers City-quality work for a range of clients, including household names, in an excellent firm based in Milton Keynes. For the right candidate there are excellent prospects for progression in a growing team

You will have 1-8 years post qualification experience of working to the highest standards either in a City or top tier regional firm along with experience of the civil litigation process and a genuine enthusiasm for real estate litigation and the real estate industry.
