The firm attracts good quality lawyers who are looking to relocate to the South East due to it's modern approach and excellent client base.

THE ROLE

The firm is keen to recruit a commercial property solicitor with around NQ-3PQE

Matters will include:

Acquisitions & disposals

Large scale land projects involving options & promotion agreements

Drafting, negotiating, terminating & renewing commercial leases

Investigating & resolving issues of title to property including the registration of unregistered land

Property finance & securitisation

Planning law

THE PERSON

* NQ-3PQE commercial property solicitor

* Possibly a London lawyer looking to relocate to Kent

* Team player with a commercial approach
