In-house Employment Lawyer (2-5 pqe)
A global financial services institution is seeking an employment lawyer to join their Employment team based in London.This will be a key role within the team dealing with a full range of employment advice. This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to manage your own workload. It will require you to form strong relationships with the senior people around the business as one of the the go-to people for all employment matters.
You will be involved in matters arising from corporate acquisitions, drafting and reviewing HR related commercial agreements and managing employment related litigation. You will have to maintain a continuous awareness to regulatory changes affecting the employment space and ensure relevant stakeholders are kept abreast of these developments.
As a qualified lawyer with 2-5 years of post-qualification you will have proven employment law experience. You will be confident enough to build and manage stakeholder relationships have the ability to role your sleeves up and from day one. In-house experience would be useful and although not required, a financial services background is likely to put you in good stead. You will have strong academics and will ideally have trained in a reputable city law firm.
