A global financial services institution is seeking a qualified lawyer for a key role within their debt finance team. This role sits within an excellent legal team and will allow access to a broad range of work. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, advising the business on investment grade and high grade lending, acquisition finance, leveraged lending, infrastructure financing and project finance. You will review and negotiate a fill range of finance documentation and you will manage legal risks on a variety of transactions. Further to this you will supervise and manage secondees.

As a qualified lawyer between the 1 and 4 year PQE mark you will have strong experience within debt finance or general banking (any kind of lending/loans experience will be considered e.g. leveraged and acquisition finance or project finance). You will have excellent academics and have trained ideally at a magic circle, silver circle or US law firm. As you will be dealing with very senior stakeholders good communication skills are key. This role comes with a competitive salary package and good progression opportunities.
