A global financial services institution is seeking a senior lawyer with strong securities services experience for a key role supporting the global head of the securities services team. This will involve working on both transactional and advisory projects relating to the securities services team. You will assist in the management of securities services related matters for the organisation globally which will involve extensive senior stakeholder exposure. You may also be assisting with the management of junior colleagues within the team. 

As a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE you will have proven experience in the securities services space e.g. custody and clearing. You will have strong in-house training from a reputable city firm and ideally you will have had some in-house experience in a financial services firm either via a secondment or a perm role. As this role will involve significant stakeholder exposure strong communication skills are essential. This role will come with a competitive salary package and a well known name on the CV.
