The breadth of this role will encompass all manner of regulatory, governance and compliance issues, to include, by way of example, AML, FACTA issues, fund and corporate governance, together with regulatory reporting. The client base is similarly broad and will include major financial institutions, corporate, trusts and funds.
You should have at least 3 years' PQE (up to and including Senior Associate level) and have a sound understanding of most or all of the above areas. Specific understanding of regulatory rules as they apply in Cayman are very welcome but not necessarily essential.
