THE ROLE

The dispute resolution team deals with a broad cross-section of cases from major cross-border disputes to advising on the choice of dispute resolution clauses in contracts and mediating to resolve long-running, intractable cases.

The work includes advising on the full range of general partnership and LLP matters, including incorporation, restructuring, partner departures and insolvency.

Clients range from multi-national corporations, regulatory bodies and trade associations to banks and other financial institutions, educational establishments and companies involved in group actions.

* 1-3PQE in commercial litigation

* Training gained with a well regarded commercial firm

* Excellent commercial awarenes and client focus
