A “go to” law firm for many of the World’s most complex, high profile and business critical disputes, this small but highly prestigious litigation/ arbitration boutique is home to some of the very brightest stars in commercial law.

Objectively the firm is already well managed- evidenced in part by its outstanding directory approbations and stratospheric partnership profits - however, whilst its back-office systems are tip-top, its increasing size and scope means that it now needs a professional, business focused, managing partner to maximise opportunities, help set and achieve its growth targets, ensure quality and actively manage its partners and senior fee earners.

You will be a qualified lawyer, ideally with knowledge of complex high-end litigation. You will be unafraid of technology and have a professional services background and a strong management track record, who can lead, manage and persuade senior lawyers to deliver a market leading and profitable client service from an elite brand.
