Senior lawyer Treasury legal, structured finance and DCM
An instantly recognisable financial services institution is seeking a senior lawyer for a key role within their treasury legal and structured finance team. This role will have immediate senior stakeholder responsibilities with the holder providing advice and support to the CFO's division in relation to all matters from a treasury and structured finance perspective. This will include transactions, structured notes and structured deposits, and securitisation swaps as well as any regulatory matters that will relate.
Further to this there will be a focus on capital markets transactions and project finance and you will work with multiple areas outside of the legal division including Risk, Finance and Investor Relations which will allow for a very varied scope of work.
As a UK qualified lawyer with at least 4 years PQE you will have proven experience of the debt capital markets space including structured notes and deposits, securitisation and derivatives or similar structures and transactions. You will have exceptional communication skills as you will be dealing with multiple stakeholders and you will have the ability to think on your feet and manage multiple projects at once.
