The ring fenced arm of a global financial services institution is seeking a senior lawyer with a strong technology or fin tech background, for a brand new role within their rapidly growing legal team.  This is a really interesting opportunity that spans over multiple areas within the organisation including investments and acquisitions, bank structure and corporate and regulatory. This team will also work closely with the wider corporate and commercial teams so there is good exposure to the entire business including senior stakeholders. You will be at the forefront of launching brand new, industry first products  as well as strategic transformation.

As a qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE you will have a strong background in the technology, fintech or data focus. It would be useful if you were to have a corporate background but my client will also look at commercial contracts and general finance as long as you have the tech link. This role will involve alot of stakeholder management so a strong personality is key. This role comes with a competitive salary package and the opportunity to get involved in very innovative work.
