Head of HR & Operations Manager
A new opportunity for a HR specialist to join a thriving Barristers' Chambers in Central London as the Head of HR and Operations.
The role will oversee overall responsibility for managing all aspects of Chambers' operations including HR and change management aspects for barristers and other staff, plus the day to day running of Chambers and management of a small admin team, facilities, and the Chambers' governance and compliance.
Minimum four years' experience in administration and organisation, within a Barristers' Chambers, Law firm or professional services organisation.
Graduate level study or equivalent educational attainment.
Experience in at least one specialist area - either HR/Personnel, or Chambers Administration.
Mature, meticulous and independent - capable of multitasking and working on own initiative with flair for teamwork.
