Legal Counsel

Client

You will be working for one of the UK's most successful and rapidly expanding start-up's over the past three years, being the recipient of multiple industry awards.

You will be working at the organisation's ultra-modern HQ in Chelsea.

Role

You will undertake a wide-ranging in-house legal role, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts and getting immersed in various wider issues including in respect of IP and DP.

You will be part of a wider highly supportive team structure and have a clear path for internal career progression.

You will report directly into the General Counsel and be part of an expanding legal team of four.

You will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration package including stock options.

You will be able to undertake flexible working.

You

You will be able to demonstrate prior experience and understanding of a broad range of commercial agreements and knowledge of wider issues such as IP/DP.

You will be an approximately 1-5 year PQE lawyer and have trained at a leading UK or international law firm.
