Our client is a dynamic and innovative global financial services business with an impressive growth story.  Offering high quality work, a truly collaborative environment and a healthy approach to work/life balance, the legal team prides itself on working in partnership with the business.

As a result of continued organic growth a vacancy has arisen for a bright and enthusiastic lawyer keen to engage effectively with stakeholders in the business from day one.  Joining a high quality team, your varied role will focus on custody and authorised funds whereas you will also gain exposure to other business lines such as securities lending and wealth management.

With at least 3 years’ pqe, you will have strong contracts skills gained within financial services, either in-house or with an FS client base in private practice.  Some prior exposure to global custody, authorised funds, securities lending, depository or wealth management would benefit your application. With a commercial approach and well-developed drafting skills, you will be a pro-active team player and a natural communicator.

This is a perfect role for an energetic lawyer keen to expand on their skill-set and play a part in a successful business’ continued growth over the coming years.
