Telecoms Partner

This large, highly respected and genuinely international law firm is looking to recruit an additional telecoms partner into its London office. The incumbent partner, who currently heads the team, is a genuine leader in the telecoms space. In order to plan for succession over the next few years, our client is now looking to bring in a further specialist commercial and regulatory telecoms partner. Telecommunications sits in the Media and Communications team which has over 100 lawyers. The wider Commercial team is larger still with over 50 partners. The firm is very profitable, has a significant London and international platform and is exceptionally well regarded by the market. It has made some important strategic moves in recent years which have been seen as a great success. The platform, with a large and high quality international commercial, corporate and contentious offering, will create real opportunities going forward for the right telecoms expert. The successful candidate will be a highly respected telecoms partner/senior lawyer at a city/leading firm with strong technical and interpersonal skills.
