City of London based law firm seeking to recruit Partners for our expanding team.

We currently act for owner-managed businesses in a range of sectors, including media, construction, technology, recruitment and general commercial.  We combine a commercial approach with world-class service. We are interested in hiring lawyers with Employment expertise.

We have a collaborative and supportive culture, conducive to business development and sharing of knowledge, and an entrepreneurial spirit. We ground our legal advice in commercial experience. Though not a prerequisite, some of our lawyers have worked in-house or have participated (and may continue to participate) in business ventures outside of the legal profession.

We are looking for colleagues to join us with excellent technical abilities and who have a like-minded commercial approach.



We are interested in recruiting one or more senior Employment lawyers as Partners in our practice. The Partner will be responsible for developing and managing their practice with the support of colleagues within the firm. Depending on the extent of the Partner’s following, the firm will look to recruit a junior associate(s) to support the Partner in the development of the practice.

The role is suitable for Partners at City or major national law firms or other well reputed London law firms or who have previously worked at such firms. It is also suitable for lawyers who are Senior Associates of at least 7 years’ PQE who are looking to take their practice to the next level.

The firm provides advice and support for employers and employees on all matters in any way related to employment law. This includes compensation and benefits; contracts and policies; HR support; international projects and restructuring; share option and incentive plans; and employment related litigation.



The firm has a market-leading approach in terms of flexibility to its lawyers.

Partners are provided with office facilities and support at our City office, but have the flexibility to work wherever they wish.

Partners can also choose as to whether to work for the firm full time or on a part-time basis.



Our Partners are remunerated on the basis of revenues generated. The Partner receives an unsurpassed share of revenue, not only from the Partner’s own work but also from work delegated to others, including a substantial share of revenues from work delegated to junior solicitors of the firm.

We are unique among City law firms in providing two distinct packages for Partners of the firm, depending on the size of the Partner’s practice and the amount of flexibility that the Partner wants.

For Partners joining us with a substantial practice, the firm offers the highest rates of remuneration available at any comparable law firm, the possibility of the firm hiring an Associate(s) to support the practice area, and additional high rates of remuneration derived from work delegated to Associates and trainees.

For those Partners who want to work more flexibly, we still offer the highest rates of remuneration available at any comparable law firm and the ability to work from our City office.



The structure of the firm is based on the “chambers” model of law firm but with some major differences:

  • Greatest flexibility – the support of the firm’s City office and whether to be based in the City office or elsewhere; to work full time or part time; and how to charge for work
  • Highest rates of remuneration – ahead of all comparable law firms

  • Support of junior lawyers – which also contributes to the Partner’s practice and remuneration.


Our approach sets the firm ahead of all comparable law firms and many traditional law firms, providing unsurpassed levels of profit share, flexibility and support for our Partners.
