Respected practice is seeking a Solicitor to join their Property Litigation Team.

The successful applicant will join the Business and Public Sector Group comprising 125 fee earners. Within that group there are teams covering commercial and residential property transactions, commercial transactions, banking and debt collection, employment, financial and commercial disputes, insolvency, media and IT, insurance and PI, planning and land use and property litigation. The successful applicant will primarily work in the property litigation team in close partnership with other teams within the Group.

Candidates must show proven good experience acquired by being substantially engaged in property litigation practice areas (NOT construction or planning.

An individual who is:-* Hard-working* Client-friendly* Enthusiastic and proactive* Capable of working as a team member * Has a proven ability to meet performance targets * Keen to make referral contacts through marketing and practice development

An individual who has a good level of understanding of:-* Landlord and Tenant issues * Contentious matters affecting real property, e.g. trespass and nuisance * Property-related professional negligence* Civil procedure

Candidates should have trained with a UK law firm or have gained experience working as a fee earner in a UK firm.
