The Firm

Our client is a leading law firm in Sussex, providing an extensive range of services to businesses and individuals. Retaining the core values of its 19th century founders the firm prides itself on specialist expertise, innovation and a different perspective.

The Position

The firm is currently seeking an experienced property litigation lawyer. Experience should include landlord and tenant, enfranchisement and lease extensions.

The successful candidate must be able to handle both the conveyancing and litigation aspects of landlord and tenant work and also have general litigation experience.

The work is mainly for commercial clients including debt collection and contract disputes.

Experience and ability to work with moderate supervision is essential.

Qualification

The position would suit a 1-3 year qualified solicitor or an experienced legal executive.

Candidates should have trained with a UK law firm or have gained experience working as a fee earner in a UK firm.
