Job: FAMILY - SOUTH EAST - RESPECTED PRACTICE

3 years + pqe Solicitor with the experience to run their own caseload is sought by our client to take over the caseload of a retiring partner. Candidates must be on the Law Society Family Panel in order to supervise the Franchise while it is being phased out. The successful candidate will have experience of private family work in order that they can build up the existing private client work from 50% to 100%.

The role would suit a solicitor who enjoys marketing, is self reliant and pro-active and is looking for a position in a supportive firm where the partnership prospects are very good. This is a long term career role and in return for commitment the firm will provide everything the role needs to ensure the success of the incoming Solicitor. An early start would be helpful. Salary c£35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits.
