THE WORK
This is a significant opportunity to play a pivotal role in the management and future growth of this top-tier law firm’s Saudi office. As part of its premier corporate team, you will provide first-rate advice to Government bodies, leading international and local companies on an array of corporate matters such as mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, group reorganisations, restructurings, private equity and investment funds. The role will also allow you to build close working relationships with clients enabling you to fully understand their business and industry needs.
Current or previous experience of the Saudi Arabian market will put you at a significant advantage, however, it is not a pre-requisite.
