A global asset management house established in the early '90s, with an international client base offering a range of specialist investment capabilities, is looking for another funds lawyer to join its team in London. This asset management house has come out relatively unscathed from the financial crisis, and is well placed to grow its business, with a particular focus on its institutional business.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in institutional funds, and be used todealing with large pension funds. You will be familiar with reviewing and negotiating ISDAs, and if possible prime brokerage agreements as well. An understanding of the UCITS framework would also be helpful. You may be in the funds/investment management department of a law firm and looking for your first in-house role, or already be in-house with an asset manager and looking to move.
