This long established west end firm has an enviable client base including many sports and media personalities. They are currently seeking an experienced corporate / commercial lawyer to join their team, ideally around the 2-4 PQE level. As well as getting involved in general corporate M&A work this person will also have exposure to commercial work including variety of commercial contracts, including research and development, marketing and agency, licensing, event management and sponsorship agreements. It is a great opportunity for someone who has gained experience within a top city firm but is now looking to specialise in the Sports, Music and Media sectors.
