Global US practice with a strong presence in London and growing seeks an ambitious and forward thinking corporate assistant with at least 3 years UK experience. Working with a number of highly rated lawyers within a driven and highly successful environment, you will be working on some of the most high profile cutting edge deals in the City. The team advise major banks, multi-national corporates, private equity and venture capital firms and governments on domestic and cross-border M&A, buy-outs and joint ventures.
