One of the world's largest insurance companies, and the biggest insurance company in the UK, has an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with solid M&A experience to join their legal team in the City, London.
You must have many years of experience in M&A transactions, and leading M&A transactions, and ideally you will come from another insurance company or the insurance department of one of the top law firms which specialise in insurance.
