Our client is an historic City firm with offices around the globe and a leading reputation in many service areas such as transactional advice, tax, employment, real estate and dispute resolution.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dispute Resolution Associate to join our client`s market leading team based in London. The existing team numbers in excess of 50 fee earners. The successful candidate will be handling a mixed caseload including energy disputes, professional negligence, complex claims in relation to restructuring and insolvency, corporate M&A transactional disputes and media, sport and art related disputes.
You must be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years` PQE in general commercial litigation.
You must have excellent academics with at least a 2:1 at degree level.
You will have excellent client care skills and be able to develop long lasting client relationships.
You will be a team player.
You must have good organisational skills and an ability to prioritise your workload.
Experience in insolvency and finance litigation would be an advantage.
You will have a detailed grasp of complex legal concepts and be able to convey them to clients effectively.
You will have a proven track record of successful negotiations.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
