Growing Mid-Market practice, has been steadily enhancing its offering on a regular and sustainable basis is looking to recruit a Real Estate Partner with experience and client-base to assist with the ongoing development of the firm’s real estate practice. The Real Estate practice has been targeted for strategic growth and a an additional Partner in the sector has been identified as being of particular interest. This role is a key appointment in the firm’s ongoing development and is particularly interested in those with connections in the development sector.
The firm is a c.30 partner practice which has been developing its offering in recent years and has maintained a good balance between contentious and non-contentious disciplines in relation to revenue generation, providing a stable platform. It is well managed with a sensible plan for ongoing growth and development.
In the past few years the firm has recruited a number of Partners with good profile / clients who have assisted with bolstering the existing offering. The firm operates a pragmatic remuneration structure and the level of entry and remuneration will be dependent on business case.
