Exciting opportunity for an experienced M&A lawyer ideally with some experience of energy related transactions.
You will work on the broadest possible range of domestic and cross border corporate M&A work, advising investment banks and corporate entities on public and private M&A, corporate rescues, equity offerings, and joint ventures.
You will ideally have 3 years' post qualified experience in corporate M&A work in a leading international firm and have handled both public and private M&A work. You will ideally have some experience of energy related transactions but this is not a must. You will also be able to hit the ground running and manage your own workload.
