Real Estate Litigation Solicitor , 3-6 Years PQE. Nottingham
A Real Estate Litigation solicitor is wanted to for an excellent Nottingham based role with top 100 UK law firm. Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
An award winning, Chambers and Legal 500 rated firm of Solicitors my client delivers a broad range of services to business and the individual.
The Real Estate Litigation Solicitor will join one of the profession's biggest real estate litigation teams, acting for a varied, blue chip client base that includes household names in retail, commercial and residential developers and investment landlords.
The successful candidate will carry out a full range of commercial real estate litigation work but with a bias towards commercial landlord and tenant issues and with particular emphasis on the retail and leisure sector.
Post-qualification experience within a recognised real estate litigation department is essential to the role and marketing experience would be an advantage.
To succeed in the role you will have experience in the core areas of landlord and tenant issues including business lease renewals, break notices, claims relating to landlord's consent, dilapidations claims, forfeiture, possession claims, service charge issues, tenant default and tenant insolvency.
